Must Have Skills
Experience in implementation and Support of IBM Sterling Commerce 9.2 or higher
Good leadership skills in coordinating with external systems and other teams as needed to resolve the incidents
Tune custom objects for performance tuning

Nice to have skills
Proactive to identify issues in the system and suggest solutions and process improvements
Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client and to Infosys.

Detailed Job Description
This project is to support and maintenance of AEOs Sterling OMS Production application including the interfaces with ERP and Oracle Commerce applications. 
The project will be executed in a onsite offshore model with the support timing of regular business hours in US and India.

Minimum years of experience  5+

Certifications Needed :No

Top 3 responsibilities you to shoulder and execute 
Responsible for Incident Management, Resolution of the Incidents, Workarounds, Minor Enhancements
Creating change requests in system for incidents identified as Sterling issue
Coordinate and resolve Sterling product issues.
