Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only)
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team.
- Strong expertise in Project Management
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PMIACP) would be a plus
- Aerospace Domain experience would be a plus
- Ability to coordinate with customer team on a day to day basis and to build and nurture relationship with various customer stakeholders.
