- 8-12 years of relevant experience as a domain business consultant or Business Analyst or an industry practitioner in the automotive vertical.
- Strong proficiency across the Automotive value chain, Dealer Management System (DMS), Dealer Processes and related best practices
- Experience of leading Knowledge transitions, defining business requirements, system requirements, requirements traceability and working across all stages of software development lifecycle.
- Experience in driving meetingsworkshops with senior client executives, business leads & cross functional stakeholders and articulate project documents lucidly.
- Experience of working in geographically distributed teams. Should be able to onboard, coach and counsel Project teams assigned to the program.
Bachelors degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
