Detailed Job Description:
- Strong Techno Functional consultant having minimum 8 years of experience and at least 3 years of Salesforce CRM experience Extensive experience in Sales Cloud, service Cloud and communities Portal
- Well versed in Requirement Gathering, Project scoping and BRD creation Good exposure to Configuration
- Experience working in Agile programs/methodology Leadership abilities, Sound problem solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders in providing solutions
