Position Overview:

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and maintaining the CITRIX farm of the client for the end-user access. The position requires in-depth knowledge of Citrix and associated technologies.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Participate in security audits and compliance initiatives and ensure the supported environments are fully compliant with client security policies and internal controls
  • Perform R & D activities and manage Infrastructure technical projects
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Math, Science, or Engineering
  • Role Specific Experience: 4+ years of experience in Citrix XenApp and Desktop 7x, Citrix Cloud
  • Strong experience with customization and packaging of applications for Citrix and Terminal Servers
  • Broad-based Citrix site implementations and significant experience with Citrix farm migrations
Certification Requirements:
  • Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) or Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE)
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Good knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 7.x VDI infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Citrix Provisioning server 6.x and Citrix XenServer 6.x & 7x
  • Good knowledge and experience in Citrix XenApp 676, Citrix Access Gateway, EdgeSight, StoreFront 3x, Secure Ticketing Authority (STA), and Netscaler from both the engineering and administration point of view
  • Good understanding of MS Active Directory administration, specifically supporting technologies and how they relate to the Citrix Infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of GPO's and scripting, using various tools
  • Excellent level of server and application troubleshooting skills with a strong background in customer service;
  • Ability to create concise documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences;
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight schedule and deadlines
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts and weekends in close co-ordination with onsite and offshore team, as well as with end users across the globe in a multi-vendor / service provider environment
  • Strong familiarity with the Windows Operating System to the level of kernel support and device drivers and be able to perform remote administration and troubleshooting;
  • Ability to serve as the highest level of Citrix and Windows administration support in the organization.
