Software: IBM OPTIM Tool, Informatica Tool
Hardware: QRACLE , SQL, MAINFRAME, DB2, IMS Databases.
Proposed Job Duties:
- Strong TDM conceptual Knowledge.
- Create TDM strategy and processes by applications.
- Prepare data extraction scripts.
- Hands on experience in Data Maksing, Ad-hoc Data generation, Synthetic data generation, Provisioning, Data Refresh.
- Coordinate with customers production application owners for the Test data requirements.
- Working Knowledge in IBM OPTIM tool is must.
- Working knowledge on any other TDM tool will be helpful. (CA TDM, Delphix etc.)
- Should have done successful implementation of Test Data Management.
- Develop, administer, and evaluate strategic TDM services to promote solving data challenges.
- Implement strategic plans to innovate new ideas to improve efficiency of test data availability to project teams.
- Design, operate and maintain a variety of databases and spreadsheets to ensure data integrity and quality outputs to customers and partners.
- Manage and oversee the daily work of offshore teams members.
- Responsible for monitoring the progress of all projects against set goals and providing up to date information on the status of each project.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for implementing TDM for new projects and represent actively inteam meetings.
- Participate in committees, task forces, and events related to TDM and serve as liaison.
Minimum years of experience: 4+
