  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. 8 years of related work experience in Implementation and support of multiple Contact Center Technologies like Nuance,5 years of experience IVRCTI application design, Voice VXML, CCXML, GRXML, VXML, XML, J2EE web based applications
  • Strong expertise working in Java, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, EJB, Struts, JNDI, XML
Minimum years of experience: 5+

  • Responsible for the design, development, implementation of Contact Center solutions
