Description
Provides customer or technical support by collecting trouble tickets, analyzing issues, carrying out solutions,
escalating issues, and tracking to completion.
• Updating DOH IT inventory system with new computer/device information
• installing system images on devices such as desktops, tablets, and laptops
• Copying files from old devices being replaced onto new devices
• Physical disconnecting old equipment and setting up new for operation to devices such as desktop computers,
local printers, and fax machines.
• Configuration and testing of IT equipment to ensure the devices are functioning.
