• 10 years of experience as Business Analyst Good experience in administration, configuration and implementation of Salesforce CRM Applications. Strong Techno Functional knowledge to understand the business and landscape. 
• Experience working in Agile Scrum Methodology and well versed in SDLC process. Ability to work across Business and IT stakeholders in providing solutions. Sound problem solving, communication, organizational and time management skills
