- 5 + years of experience in setting up Campagins in IBM Unica
- Experience in IBM Unica sever setup with E-mail setup
- Real time integration with SAP CRM
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the on-going campaign(s) and overall success of the campaign.
- Developing campaign strategy for both e-mail and SMS discussing with business/marketing team
- Creating and monitoring campaigns in order to attain higher ROI
- Creating campaigns using offers & promotions integrating with other systems.
