  • The Project Manager will work as a member of the Manufacturing IT PMO team.
  • Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for management of key projects and initiatives in alignment of IT solutions to business strategies to ensure realization of the desired end state in support of global quality, information visibility and analytics for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Global Quality.
  • The Project Manager will possess/acquire sound understanding of global quality business processes and operating environment, and will facilitate/drive project management activities including but not limited to Communication Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Scope Management, Resource Management, Cost Management, Integration Management, Time Management, Procurement Management, and Quality Management.
  • Major responsibilities include facilitating projects through all phases of project management to include Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. This includes accountability for deliverables and leveraging the standardized methodologies and tools as defined by the client's SDLC and Analysis Skill center. 
Education Minimum Requirement:
  • BA/BS in business management, software engineering, computer science, project management or related field preferred.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated expertise in IT delivery (GMP), support, or project management including asset documentation.
  • Sound understanding of Quality Management systems and analytics needs at various levels in the organization and experience satisfying these information needs utilizing enterprise solutions.
  • An ability to engage with vendors, if necessary, to evaluate third party solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration, facilitation and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to 1) effectively work in an ambiguous environment, 2) effectively work in a cross-team environment and 3) succeed in a complex and dynamic work environment 4) drive project and teams to complete the project needs. 
Desired Experience and Skills:
  • PMP certification
  • Previous client SDLC experience and client finance process knowledge experience
  • GMP good documentation practices experience.
  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (Audit, Deviations, Quality Council, Quality Manual) are a plus.
