4 to 7+ years’ experience in working in a corporate environment with 4 years or more years’ experience working with Exchange 2010/2013/2016; SMTP Internet mail; monitoring and reporting; Active Directory
Expertise in the Exchange 2010/ 2013 /2016 administration - end to end
Expertise in Identity Management systems such as Active Directory, ADFS, Group policies, Virtual directories and strong authentication.
Expertise in Office365 components such as exchange on-line, teams, MFA, Jammer, Sharepoint on-line, AADsync and Groups.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, software engineering or a related technical field.
Knowledge of the Windows Server (2012/2016) platform
Knowledge of IAAS components of Azure and Azure AD
Knowledge of the following products: Proofpoint SPAM filtering, PowerShell, Microsoft System Centre Operations Manager, ITIL/Service Management, Symantec MS, Microsoft Lync.
Experience with 3rd-party load balancers, reverse proxy devices, and SQL Server
Experience of working in a Multicultural environment and virtual teams
Operational:
Contribute to the operational steady state
Serve as the escalation level support for problem analysis and resolution:
Management of operational issues
Management of small projects to enhance the environment
Ensure quality of service
Escalation point for providing 24*7 support

Act as a subject matter expert for Messaging, Identity management and Office365 products
Work with outsource providers and development teams to provide guidance to meet quality expectations

Deliver input for budget proposals

Act as the technical member in production projects
Full Project responsibility in internal projects
