- Create project plan and track the activities for the work streams working with internal Costco stakeholders and other third party
- Manage issues, risks and roadblocks working with Costco leadership and other vendors and system integrators
- Communicate status, issues, risks and roadblocks to Costco leadership for updates and escalation support
