Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Playing a consultant role by assessing and gathering the requirements from the business and thereafter coordinating the implementation of changes with IT.
• Providing 2nd Level of Support Reconciliation applications.
• Working on the issues escalated by 1st Line of support for resolution or workaround.
• Analyzing the issues and either resolving the same or devising a workaround to maintain business continuity and ensuring minimum business downtime.
• Handling issues and requests from Business Users and other application support teams
• Coordinating between business and development/other support teams in cases of critical business problems.
• Raising issues to development team with details for a permanent fix.
• Working with development team for testing enhancements, fixes in Test environment and releasing them in production environment after satisfying results and signoff from business and all relevant support teams.
• Working with Release and change management and see that the required documents are in place for every release. Scheduling calls and coordinating with Development team for releasing the code.
• Involving in the testing and production releases, deploying the builds and patches for every release
• Daily system and application health checks are performed to ensure the smooth running of the application
• Automation of certain business reports and hence reduction of routine manual works. Raising issues to development team for permanent fixes
