• Good hand’s on experience in DataStage design and development (more than 5 years)
• Good communication skills with client interaction and client handling experience
• Should be able to document requirements after workshop and come up with ETL design
• Able to work with offshore team for development and direct them
• Able to represent the team in meetings, status reports Development and Testing
