Project Manager needed to manage a Telecommunication Expense Management & Billing Solution implementation.

Project Manager             

Years of Experience:

8-11 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

(1) Must be a certified PMP, or be a certified Commonwealth PM, or be capable of becoming certified.

(2) Knowledge/experience with billing or financial systems/projects is desired, government-related knowledge/experience preferred. (This includes approach design, development, implementation and migration

(3) Knowledge/experience with telecommunications expense management and telecom chargeback/re-billing solutions is desired.

(4) Ability to create and maintain all types of project documentation, including entering and processing project data in the Commonwealth Technology Portfolio (ProSight) tool.

(5) Experience and skills in project planning, problem-solving, scheduling, and risk management.

(6) Knowledge of IT procurement is desired, knowledge of government IT procurement is preferred.

(7) Ability to create and manage project sub-teams involving a mix of business and technical staff and other stakeholders, and to serve as liaison to related projects/groups.

(8)  Strong skills and abilities in oral and written communications, including making presentations to agency management.

(9) Knowledge of MS-Office software. Knowledge of MS-Project and MS-Visio preferred.
