Detailed Job Description:

Minimum – Maximum Years of Experience* : Stibo MDM professionals with 10 to 15 years of experience in software development life cycle.

Responsibilities: 
As a Project Manager, you will significantly contribute to project management, identify & prioritize the team’s work load, provide technical leadership, maintain good working relationship with client, internal stakeholders & 3rd party vendors. Identify best-fit architectural solutions for the project; provide regular support/guidance to project teams, issue resolution and execution. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on our clients' business needs. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Profile / Skill Sets* :
* At least 10 years of experience in technology consulting, project management, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks
* Stibo MDM certified professionals with working experience on STIBO Step MDM.
* At least 8 years’ experience in MDM with emphasis on design and architecture.
* At least 10 years of experience in project execution.
* At least 5 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
* Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point
* Good Analytical skills
* Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
* Experience to Retail domain
