Technical Owner for IP based voice services.
Contractor will have significant participation in design, delivery and support of the solution.
Must have 7 years of experience working with Cisco.
Work with a small team of subject matter experts on existing voice applications (IPPBX, Unified Messaging, Voice Rec, Cisco VoIP and Call Center Systems).
Work with voice engineering team to provide 24X7 escalation support.
Create/Maintain high level architecture documentation.
Coordinate and participate in Incident, Problem and Change management solutions.
Deliver implementation plans as required.
Work with vendors to resolve chronic issues or release enhancements.
Scope and coordinate pilots.
Support of customer implementations and training.
Participation in other project or governance groups to represent mobile voice services.
Manage service change, incident and problem management and communication.
