Details:
- We are seeking a qualified BA to be the full-time Business Analyst on the Veeva RIM submissions archive project. The project is set to go live in 4Q2018 and will continue through most of 2019. Multiple releases, additional country migrations, and business continuity will be the main themes for 2019. The goal is to maintain the project vision of rolling out the system globally.
Required qualifications:
- Veeva Vault experience
- Managing the requirements of the system from the baseline set that is already approved
- Working closely with business SME's throughout releases
- Additionally, managing the change process for new changes: logging the changes, prioritizing with business, scoping each release, weekly / bi-weekly meetings, etc.
- Close coordination with a newly established Center of Excellence
- Lead and Assist in the testing of the releases - with assistance from testing team, validation lead
- Crossover to migration / integration team - ensure our requirements / configurations are communicated to the migration team and/or integration team (based on the scope of each release).
- Business process assistance - process refinement through each change cycle
- Regional requirements assistance - ensure alignment with HQ business and Regional business SME's throughout proces.
- Worked with regulatory content (submissions, submissions archive)
- Veeva RIM experience
- Global rollout experience
- Prior client experience.
