Experience in Consumer or Commercial lending, Scrum Master or Agile projects exposure, Business analysis and UAT experience

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Ability to drive conversation with business  functions with minimal support from peer
2. Manages project tasks assigned within scope, quality and timeframe allocated with PM supervision
3. Liaise with the Solution Architects, Application Developers and Testers to ensure they understand the functional requirements of the systems
