Detailed Job Description:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Knowledge of CRM domain would be nice to have.
• Experience of defining business requirements, system requirements, requirements traceability and working across all stages of software development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical ability and communication skills Written and Verbal.
• Strong Business acumen to understand the business context, work with ambiguous problem statemen
