Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

  • Administrating and maintaining OKTA platform
  • Trouble - shooting and resolve IAM services incidents reported by internal customers.
  • Implement IAM related service requests include change release, minor enhancements and ad-hoc queries.
  • Understand the requirements and provide the best and optimal solutions, keeping in view the industry standards.
  • Strive to provide and be on top of security and technology challenges and requirements.
  • Uphold best-of-breed practices.
  • Ability to maintain artefacts such as operational service manual, design documents, deployment guides, operational and troubleshooting guides as part of ownership of a development work effort or efforts.
  • Should be able to work independently and collaboratively in a complex environment.

Selection Criteria:

  • Solid experience with OKTA Technology Stack
  • In-depth knowledge of Identity Management and Access Management concepts and technologies.
  • Strong understanding and experience with User provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Experience in scripting skills such as, but not limited to, UNIX shell/perl/python, Database SQL/PLSQL and WLST scripts to the highest standards.
  • Experience with WebLogic and IAM administration.
  • Understanding of Advanced security technologies and concepts, including user provisioning, reconciliation, single sign-on, directory services, RBAC, PKI, SAML, OAuth, digital certificates.
  • Knowledge for on premise and public cloud platform hosting.
  • Commitment to quality solutions, implementations, documentation and testing procedures.
  • Familiarity with AWS, J2EE development, and Microsoft Identity & Access Management technology stack is desirable.
