Area of Responsibility: 

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including IAM platform support, Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Education Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 8 years of experience with Information Technology.


Knowledge and Skills: 

  • Minimum 7+ years Information Technology experience
  • Good understanding in Administration and support of Sailpoint IIQ/FIM/OIM-OAM products. 
  • Experience in implementing/ managing fully integrated, highly available application environment
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of various IDAM concepts
  • Knowledge of Oracle databases to support IDM platforms
  • Must have knowledge of supporting technical components for complex applications
  • Effective communication with client / peers


IDAM Specific Responsibilities

  • Understanding on implementation of sailpoint IIQ/FIM/OIM-OAM for provisioning and Role management
  • Good understanding of sailpoint IIQ/FIM/OIM-OAM application connectors 
  • Hands on experience on application onboarding / workflow creation in sailpoint IIQ/FIM/OIM-OAM
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and automate the manual processes using IAM platform
  • Good understanding on report / certification process
  • Understanding of Lifecycle Management process in IAM product
  • Strong experience in management reporting for both Internal and Client stake holders
  • Proactively identify Risk and Issues, establish mitigation strategies, proactive communication to keep all stake lders up to date, Escalation Management (for and against) 
  • Strong experience in management reporting for both Internal and Client stake holders
