Extensive experience in Solution Architecture, Design and Development for one or more projects. Should be able to design the end to end systems.
Well versed with Big Data Landscape. Very strong experience in creating big data applications and handling large amount of real time data is preferred.
Should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java and big data technologies like Hive, Spark, Sqoop, HBase, Kafka, Cassandra to complete POCs, review code and guide the team.
Experience in playing the role of a lead architect for at least 2-3 Big Data implementations. Should have experience in handling and processing/storing/analysing large amount of data.
Have in-depth experience in implementing Big data platforms on one of the leading distributions (MapR, Cloudera or Hortonworks).
Should also have good knowledge of Big Data architecture patterns, design patterns, estimation techniques, performance tuning and trouble shooting
Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
