Detailed Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred:
- Management Of AD Object(creation, deletion. modification)
- Administration of Group Polices.
- Experience using Remedy
- Capable of identifying, prioritizing and coordinating Remedy Incidents
- Experience in troubleshooting the Account Lockout issues.
- Experience on Microsoft Powershell Scripting.
- Knowledge on Active Directory Sites & Services.
- Knowledge on Kerberos Delegation & setting the SPN.
- Knowledge on LDAP.
- Knowledge on Delegating the Permissions.
- Communicating to clients and stakeholder related to aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
- Work with other Infosys teams, team members and stakeholders for smooth functioning and successful delivery of the client services
- ITIL processes (Incident Management / Request fulfilment / Problem Management)
- IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow)
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Communication and Analytical skills
- Essential soft skills:
- Understanding of Active Directory Backup & Restore
- Experience using Quest Change Auditor
- Knowledge on Active Directory Health Check.
