- At least 4 years of experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker with extensive knowledge on Project life cycle activities of development and maintenance projects
- At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Experience on working in both real time and batch related interfaces.
- Adhere to enterprise architecture strategies, principals, standards, policies and procedures Actively facilitate complex design and technical discussions, reconciling differing opinions and drives decision

- Onsite coordination with offshore for the development
