• Coverage - 24 x 7 Platform Support (Hazelcast)
• Incident Resolution & Service Requests fulfillment for Development, QA, Pre-prod, Production environments
• Product upgrades and patches on the above mentioned platform
• DR related activities
• Monitoring & Outage Management
• Knowledge Management
• Certification management
• User management and administration
• Good knowledge of Security (SSL encryption and LDAP integrations)
• Working experience with Azure environment
• Good understanding on Redhat Linux
• Key Skills (Application / Platform):
• Cache services / Hazelcast
• Roles (Infrastructure/Platform Support):
• Hazelcast Administrator
