• Research Laboratory Analytics is a key cross functional analytics program supporting our product development business functions. 
• The program is focused on building an integrated information layer and dashboard layer to server single and cross functional analytics needs. 
• The MRL Analytics team is looking for a key individual to document the business data governance processes and SOPs needed to manage the data governance of the MRL Analytics platform. 
• This resource will be hands on in developing the needed documents and procedures working across key business and IT SMEs. 
• This data governance processes and SOPs will oversee key aspects of data governance including: common data definition alignment and governance, data quality incident logging and resolution tracking, data and dashboard access requests, common metric governance, dashboard maintenance and change request governance, and change control process definition and management for the platform.

• Develop list of key processes and SOPs required to establish data governance
• Inventory existing data governance SOPs from other organizations which could speed up the development of SOPs for MRL Analytics
• Develop plan to build out processes and SOPs identified
• Development of various SOPs and processes according to the plan including (but not limited to):
• Data Access requests for dashboards and data
• Common metric cataloging and metric change management procedures
• Common data definitions management and associated change management processes. 

• Background in data governance tools and process
• Hands on SOP and process definition experience
• Self-motivated and driven with good leadership skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office proficient
• Experience with data governance in cross functional analytics programs a plus.
