Job Description:

We have an immediate need for a QA Lead for E-Commerce related projects to support simultaneous software releases. 

Leadership experience and QA engineering skills and experience are highly desirable. 

This is a 4-month contract to start, with the possibility of an extension. 

The hiring manager has a strong preference for candidates who are local or who can interview in-person. 

The ability to interview in-person could partially offset the e-commerce experience.

Required skills:

QA project leadership experience.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous high priority efforts.

MS Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Strong communication skills including expert English language skills.

Highly organized, process and detail oriented.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

Ability to translate requirements and software design into robust test cases.

Experience with troubleshooting issues - interpreting stack traces, verifying data in logs, manipulating data, thinking outside the box to recreate issues.

QA experience with ecommerce applications.

Ability to write and execute complicated SQL queries.

Desired Skills:

Fitnesse and Selenium experience.

Experience with web service testing and SOAPUI.

Programming experience.
