• Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline preferably computer science or software development
• At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing large scale enterprise application using IBM BPM
• Should have worked on the latest verson of IBMBPM software
• 2 years of experience in Healthcare industryExperience in leading team and should have experience on design and code reviews
• Must understand development process models waterfall, agile etc
• Must understand design patterns, have strong comman
