JOB SUMMARY: Under Chief Information Officer (CIO) supervision, perform system administration for all aspects of IT infrastructure.  This position provides after hours and weekend support on a rotational and as-needed basis.

-   Requirements gathering, designing, building, and deploying Windows based solutions

-   Implement and administer a Microsoft Exchange 2010 messaging infrastructure

-   Install, configure and maintain hardware and software for multiple offices/locations

-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging server tools and technologies

-   Manage & troubleshoot networks, intranet & internet connectivity throughout the organization

-   Manage WAN services throughout organization

-   Deployment and maintenance of virtualization environment

-   Deployment and maintenance of VOIP infrastructure at HQ and remote location when necessary

-   Collect and review storage data (NAS and SAN) for capacity and planning purposes

-   In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP technologies in Windows

-   Have thorough understanding of Active Directory DC design, Schema, OU design, AD replication topology, KCC and DC backup/restore procedures

-   Have working knowledge of moving data between servers and databases in SQL Server, Fibre Channel vs ISCSI

-   Have excellent working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, GPO's, Message tracking and performance

-   Ability to automate the Windows environment via scripts/GPO’s
