• Determine best development solution for the MES template
• Collaborates with team to develop, evaluate and document solution options
• Collaborates TIBCO and L2 counterparts to ensure integration points are accounted for
• Provides technical design recommendations ensuring scalability of the solution
• Ensures adherence to organization, project standards and documentation standards
• Promotes the application maintenance, project methodology and processes standards defined by IT
• Creates baseline documentation of currently enabled solution and keeps solution documentation up to date and current
• Actively supports the outsourcing partner when needed or requested by the Operations Support Lead.
• Provides input to the support model and structure and develops recommendations.
• Designs a thorough transition plan for activities to be owned by offshore team, supported by detailed documentation, training and with two-party signoff.
• Promotes open and frequent communication with offshore team to review incidents and maintenance activities.

• Responsible for developing code that supports different plants yet the solution needs to remain scalable and global
• Conducts and reviews coding solutions that are developed by external, offshore resources
• MES is the first custom built application that Global Applications will support
• Template for rolling operations and finishing is in progress – this role will be key to managing the development solution and code base for these efforts

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Angular 4.0
• Minimum 7 years' in C# and WebAPI
• Must have experience with Microsoft's Entity Framework
• Strong knowledge and usage of GIT and TFS
• Must thrive in a team oriented, highly collaborative workplace
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to prioritize across multiple projects and initiatives
• Ability to create Technical Specifications, Perform Technical Testing
• Able to work with functional resources to clarify questions about designs and solutions
• Must be comfortable with providing direction and oversight to offshore resources.
