Customer uses NetApp Cluster Mode for their NAS environment. Especially NFS 4.1. Our resident will be supporting the Architecture and Operations group. Assist Customer in their Architecture, qualification and deployment. Our resident will also help establish alert thresholds and monitoring. Help create practices and procedures for their Operations Team. Ability to Document Architecture and Process and Procedure documentation. Excellent Communication Skills required. This is an urgent backfill. We need to identify someone to start ASAP so we can allow some shadow time with the current Resident. Please submit candidates with at a minimum C-Mode training. Likely extension beyond 3 months.

Work Environment:10-50 Netapp Controllers, 100-500 TBs, MSFT, Unix, Linux, NAS-NFS, NAS-CIFS, FAS3000, FAS6000, C-Mode, 150+Users
