- At least 10 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 8 to 9 years of experience in IBM sterling OMS.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project Management of Sterling OMS projects.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Ability to work in team in diverse multiple stakeholder environment
- Experience in Managing Sterling OMS projects
- Additional knowledge of Java, XML, XSLT, DB2
- Analytical and Communication
