Job Description

  1. 9+ years of Experience with Service and API management applications (e.g. IIB9, WMB,IID etc.) is required
  2. Have a good knowledge on IIB/IBM Message Broker as the expectation would be to code. Conduct code reviews and finalize code artifacts
  3. Have clear understanding on concepts of SOA and working knowledge of SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, API’s, Unix and SQL.
  4. Be able to prepare detail design, coding, code walkthroughs, resolving technical and design issues and performing independent unit testing.
  5. Clear and complete understanding of the difference and delineation between architecture and high level design is required
  6. Demonstrated architecture experience with Service Interface Design utilizing Service or Data Bus technology with a focus on performance is required
  7. Strong UML experience is essential and Strong Development skills required
  8. Understanding of rules engine and business process management (BPM) applications, Datapower and other tools is preferred
  9. Proven project experience and ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with application development teams, architects, Business and other project constituents
  10. Strong business and technology decision making skills are required
  11. Candidate must have prior experience in a technical leadership role
  12. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress are required
  13. Experience with Agile Methodology including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desired
  14. Java Technology experience is preferred
  15. Banking, Healthcare or Insurance industry knowledge is preferred, but not required

Client Engagement provides support and enhancement services for Messaging application. WMB Messaging Interface provides a file based method for submitting trade data, to Omgeo End System CTM and Receiving an investment managers final trade data from the Omgeo End System CTM
