Must Have
- Experience in setting up and upgrading laptops/desktops
- Experience working with Windows OS 7 and 10, ability to install patches/upgrades/fixes to servers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide over-the-shoulder support to field users, typically in a L1 User Support/ L2 application support environment
- Willing to work in a 24/7 near real-time environment and also be available to work 12-hour shifts on-need basis (storm situation) ensuring high availability of systems
- Able to coordinate with product vendor(s) and other IT stakeholders for releases, ability to coordinate and perform upgrades/patches/fixes
Preferred
- Experience in setting up and upgrading Panasonic tough books
- Experience in device packaging of applications
- Experience working with power shell scripting, VB Scripting, windows batch file scripting
- Understanding of Utilities domain and Mobile Workforce business processes
