• SOC analyst,Phisme,Fisheye
• For work in phisme,fire eye and DLP and SOC analysis work

Minimum years of experience*: 5

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

• Analysis
• Client coordination
• Troubleshooting
• L2 support on PhisMe and FireEye
• L2 support on SOC event analysis
• Exp > 3 years onPhisMe and FireEye
• Tools specific JD provided below
• PhishMe tool
• Analysis of reported emails by the users and help sort them in the tool
• Follow defined workflow on phishing emails
• Assist threat intel team with any clarifications
• Configuration of PhishMe platform
• Help co - ordinate with vendor support for platform related issues
• Create necessary operational documents
• FireEye Operations Support:
• Platform administration and maintenance
• web access malware detection, analysis and triage
• Malware analysis through sandboxing
• alerting and reporting
• analysis of malware infected email as needed.
