Must Have Skills:

  1. At least 5 years of development and administration experience in Active Directory.
  2. At least 3 - 4 years of PowerShell development experience.
  3. Understanding of Active Directory Backup & Restore
  4. Experience using Quest Change Auditor
  5. Knowledge on Active Directory Health Check.

Nice to have skills:

  1. Requirements gathering, Analysis, presentation and high impact communication
  2. Communicating to clients and stakeholder related to aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
  3. Preferred
  4. Management Of AD Object(creation, deletion. modification)
  5. Administration of Group Polices.
  6. Experience using Remedy
  7. Capable of identifying, prioritizing and coordinating Remedy Incidents
  8. Experience in troubleshooting the Account Lockout issues.
  9. Experience on Microsoft PowerShell Scripting.
  10. Knowledge on Active Directory Sites & Services.
  11. Knowledge on Kerberos Delegation & setting the SPN.
  12. Knowledge on LDAP.
  13. Knowledge on Delegating the Permissions.
  14. Communicating to clients and stakeholder related to aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level
  15. Work with other Infosys teams, team members and stakeholders for smooth functioning and successful delivery of the client services
  16. ITIL processes (Incident Management / Request fulfilment / Problem Management)
  17. IT Service Management tools (ServiceNow)
