Must Have:

-   Experience working with IBM Web Content Management (WCM) v7.0

-   Design and development of Web Content libraries and Content Site structure

-   Design and development WCM Authoring templates

-   Design and development of WCM components and presentation templates

-   Good understanding of various types of WCM components and configuration

-   Experience of using Dojo library in development of WCM components

-   Good understanding of Workflows

-   Good understanding of WCM Security

-   Experience of working with WCM Syndication

-   Experience of Web Content Page Template creation, Portal pages and Portlet configuration

-   Must have worked on at least one project involving development of custom JSP\'s for WCM.

-   Good understanding of key Information Architecture concepts and experience of designing taxonomy
