2+ years experience delivering Tivoli Identity & Access Manager based solutions including: junction definition, single sign on, Tivolii Directory Integrator (TDI), and security auditing 
5+ years experience delivering custom solutions using Java/JEE technologies: Including 
Requirement elicitation & elaboration using JAD techniques 
Functional user interface design 
Technical code specification design 
Directing teams of 8-10 developers. 
8+ years information technology experience in client service/consulting capacity. 
Strong oral & written communication skills – including the ability to communicate upward and downward with technical and non-technical audiences. 
Prior experience in the State or Local government industry.
