Detailed Job Description:

• Experience in Omni fulfillment and Call center capabilities.
• Experience in Manhattan DOM projects. DOM upgrades and knowledge of Manhattan DOM Active Omni.
• Project and program management experience.
• Expected to work with multiple stakeholders across Technical and Business side, and also with the development team to track the milestones deliverables.
