Detailed Job Description:
- Administration activities while migrating Boomi or Apigee Integration components to the higher environments.
- Configurations required for the Integration components in higher environments.
- Updating Integration Technical Design Documents with higher environment details.
- Post Go Live Support: Monitoring the inbox for assigned incidents, troubleshooting and resolving the incidents.
- Analyzing Boomi, Apigee logs.
- Bug Fixing if required as per the approval process.
- Minor enhancements to the Integrations
- Acting on Service Requests like access provisioning to Boomi, Apigee APIs etc.
- Providing updates to the ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Kanban Board about all the Incidents, Service Requests related to Integration
Minimum years of experience*: 7+
Certifications Needed: Yes
