Minimum Requirements:

·         At least 3+ years of project management and experience and two or more years of previous experience as a technical project contributor

·         MUST have agile development process experience; at least one year experience managing the agile process in a dynamic environment across multiple applications and stakeholders

·         Operates effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

·         High sense of urgency with ability to drive results

·         Detailed knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Project is required.

·         Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing and communicating skills

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently

·         Strong presentation skills to all levels of leadership with proven expertise in managing meetings, presentations, and design sessions.  Includes coordination of regular project and ad-hoc meetings and working sessions.

·         Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills

·         Bachelor’s degree , PPM certification a plus

·         Certified Scrum Master
