• Coaching team about agile scrum to delivering successful deliverables
• Monitoring the scrum processes and scrum meetings
• To facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint
• Organize and facilitate the sprint planning meeting
