Detailed Job Description:

• We need a PeopleSoft HCM resource with 6 plus Years of experience and having exposure on the following items
• Should have technical expertise in PeopleSoft HR modules. should have an hands on experience on all customization in HR modules.
• Should have expertise in PS HR Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, CRM Help Desk and Taleo. These are the PS HR modules used in CSX.
• Should have experience in handling yearly HR activities.
• Experience in Admin activities is added advantage.

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Effort estimation and development
2. Production migration and Maintenance
3. Requirement gather and preparing technical design document
