MUST HAVE:
- At least 9 years of experience with Information Technology
- At least 8+ years of experience in Storage
- Administration Skills
- At least 7+ years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Provide Storage operations and administration services for storage infrastructure in Customers environment
- Monitor Storage Major / Critical events and alerts, Performing Health Analysis
- Storage maintenance and troubleshooting
- Storage allocation, storage migration, data copy, replication and backup requests
- Backup, Tape Library Management, Recovery and DR Operations
- Firmware Upgrades, Patch Installations, Firmware Rollback
- Support Storage data migration, snapshots and remote copy/replication
- Capacity planning and performance tuning
- Service Management and Reporting
- Liaising with Customer teams, vendors and Infosys infrastructure teams
