Detailed Job Description:

• Expertise in FMEA of Rotating equipment and valves.

Should be able to perform the below activities:

• Characterize different failure modes
• Map failure modes to FMEA of valves
• Process failure models and associate with operational life
• Ability to perform Lab and Field Testing
• Lab and Field Test plan preparation
• Develop lab fixtures
• Able to visit customer locations to understand environmental constrains
• Data acquisition of assets under test
• Carryout Life Analysis on the assets under test
• Understand Quality control procedures and techniques
• Conduct the assessment of valve maturity
• Suggest design changes based on data analysis

Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

1. Recommendation of data analysis algorithms for Failure mode of assets like valves
2. Development and analysis of Sensors Data
3. Report generation for plotting and decision making and diagnosis purpose
