Detailed Job Description:

  • 8-10 years of IT experience and 7-8 years of extensive experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, AWS cloud and Symantec Anti-Virus Administration, Maintenance and Management
  • Extensive experience in Management, Administration, Maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows Servers 2003/2008/2012 Servers including Security patching using WSUS & SCCM
  • Experience in Server Builds, Installs, Upgrades, Patches, Configuration and Performance Tuning in Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 in Physical & VMware environments
  • Expertise in Administering and supporting Windows 2003/2008/2012 R2 Active Directory (AD), DNS & DHCP
  • Expertise in windows Active Directory Management of Forest, domain, trust relationship, directory infrastructure, Group policy, DC replication and troubleshooting in these areas
  • Expertise in Configuration, Administration & Support of VMware Virtual Servers VMware ESX 3.0/4.0, VMware ESXi 4.1.1/5.0/5.1/5.5/6.0, and vCenter Server 4/5
  • Good Experience of managing and administrating the Virtual Servers on AWS cloud
  • Experience in configuring, maintaining and supporting Microsoft Cluster Server
  • Good Experience of Symantec Anti-virus Administration & Management of Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) and Symantec Endpoint Protection Client (SEP) including definition push, SEPM report creation & troubleshooting for definition upgrade failure
  • Good Experience of HP Hardware of DL Series and Blade Servers for remote management, hardware failure and Firmware upgrades
  • Experience of system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes and Perform periodic performance reporting
  • Address operational systems issues including file and share permissions
  • Certified Windows and VMware Administrator
