We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to support O365 adoption and provide training and instruction on new O365 services to end-users.

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated trainers to support O365 adoption and provide training and instruction on new O365 services. This position will provide education, training and support of all O365 client related issues. You will educate end-user on all aspects of O365 collaboration tools with emphases on new Outlook 2016, Skype for Business and OneDrive for business technologies. • Configuration, Administration and support of MS Office O365 suite from client prospective • Create custom tailored end-user training PowerPoint presentation for all O365 collaboration tools (OneDrive, Skype, OneNote, Outlook etc.) • Support and train end-user for Outlook 2016, OneDrive, Skype for Business and O365 on-line services • Work with FastTrack team and assist in Hybrid email migration to O365 from client prospective

 

• Work with http://www.brainstorminc.com/solutions/quickhelp and develop end-user training material • Support and train end –users on Outlook 2010, 2013 and 2016 and configure it for new O365 service • Train and educate end-user on new O365 capabilities and collaboration tools • Provide user training for OneDrive for Business integration and sync • Provide troubleshooting for Outlook Autodiscover • Provide support for Windows 7, 8, and 10 • Provide expert-level customer service and client- facing expertise in area of O365 • Report writing and process and procedure documentation • Other duties as required • 4-5 days a week depending on agency training requirements and number of users • Different work location at each agency all part of DC Government • All work locations are local to DC within 15 mile radius of HQ 200 I street SE

 

Job Requirements: • In-depth knowledge of O365, MS Office suite 2010, 2013 and 2016, Windows 7, 8, 10 • Working knowledge of MS Exchange Online and 20013 • Experience with large email and account migrations using 3rd party or Microsoft tools • Technical experience with Microsoft Connectivity analyzer tool • Experience integrating Skype for Business in Enterprise environment

 

• The ability to provide technical and end-user support to clients in person. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • In addition to the ability to work independently, a demonstrated ability in successful problem-solving and management of multiple tasks is required. • Attention to detail and willingness to work extra hours and nights as needed • Experience with Microsoft Azure • Minimum of five (5) years of proven training experience in O365 • Able to clearly communicate, explain and articulate O365 technology use to end-users • Ability to translate and explain O365 technology to non-technical users • Able to clearly demonstrate capability of working across multiple devices, and access documents from anywhere. • Strong motivational skills and ability to successfully train diverse groups of users • Must have reliable transportation outside of public transportation

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Acts as a senior consultant in complex or mission critical client requirements.

2. Develops, modifies, and applies computer modeling and programming applications to analyze and solve mathematical and scientific problems affecting system and program performance.

 

3. Participates in all phases of scientific and engineering projects such as research, design, development, testing, modeling, simulating, training, and documentation.
