Role                 : Taleo  Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant

Location           : Morgantown, West Virginia Prefer locals (Non-locals travel expenses will be covered)

We are looking for qualified resources well versed with the Taleo application and ability to integrate it with the Oracle E-Business Suite. Depending on the skill set of the resource/resources will likely dictate what efforts they are assigned. The individual/individuals should be able to work independently and be able to effectively interact and collaborate with both ITS and business resources. (Strong communication with our customers is key)

In the end, we are looking for resources to supplement and partner our existing teams to tackle the workload currently on our plate. This assignment will be for approximately 6 months, starting in 2 months. We will require the resources to work on site for the first few weeks then we can alternate one week on site and one-week remote.

 

Provide an online process that allows data entered by the candidate to interface to our Oracle E-Business Suite using Taleo Onboarding Cloud Services.

·         Simplify and streamline the onboarding workflow.

·         Eliminate redundant onboarding processes for the Candidate, Payroll, and Benefits.

·         Improve Business Intelligence and reporting capabilities through the use of information provided during onboarding.

·         Reduce and eventually eliminate any manual processes associated with onboarding.

 

Proposed resources will be expected to meet the challenges in delivering on each of the high-level project deliverables listed below:

·         Fully configured, Taleo Onboarding system, using client specifics (including updated and approved onboarding processes, templates, and workflows).

·         Conduct on-site Kick-Off meeting to communicate the implementation plan with the project team

·         Weekly status reports sent to client Project Manager; due by the COB at 5:00 pm EST on Friday each week

Detailed project schedule; including:

·         Details about significant project activities with key delivery dates

·         Internal deployment plan (provided by client )

 

Creation of training sessions and training manuals, specific to and for use by the institution

·         End User Training Manual,

·         System Administrator User Training Manual

·         Provide at least three (3) onsite Train the Trainer sessions for client personnel

 

Functional Acceptance Testing (User Acceptance Testing);

·         Prepare unique (client specific) Functional Acceptance Testing Scenarios.

·         User acceptance must be performed and successfully passed prior to the system going live.

 

Single Sign-On Integration capabilities required.
